By accessing and using the SpaceX mobile application (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Permission is granted to temporarily use SpaceX for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SpaceX
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
You accept responsibility for all activities under your account
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (PhonePe, etc.)
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
You agree not to:
Use SpaceX for illegal purposes
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with app functionality
Share inappropriate, abusive, or harmful content
SpaceX and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SpaceX and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
SpaceX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
