Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle
No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
Open the SpaceX app
Go to Settings
Select Subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm
Refunds are generally not provided for:
Used subscription periods
Partial months or unused time
Change of mind after a successful purchase
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate charges or billing errors
Technical issues that prevent access to the app
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date
Valid transaction details must be provided
Evidence of technical issues may be required, if applicable
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider
Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
Cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged
Reminder notifications may be sent before trial expiration
Failed payments may be retried automatically
Continued failures may result in temporary service suspension
Email notifications will be sent regarding payment issues
