At SpaceX, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. This policy explains how you can delete your account and all associated data from our services.
Open the SpaceX app
Go to Settings
Scroll down until you see Delete Account or Request Account Deletion
Tap the option and follow the on-screen instructions
Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly.

Please include the following information:
The email address associated with your SpaceX account
Your in-app username (if different)
A clear statement requesting permanent deletion of your account and data
Processing Time:
Your request will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent within 7–10 business days.
When your account deletion request is confirmed, the following actions take place:
Permanent Removal: Your profile, preferences, settings, and user-generated content (such as posts, comments, or saved items) will be permanently removed from our active databases
Access Termination: You will no longer be able to log in or recover your account
Subscription Cancellation: Any active subscription will be cancelled. No refund will be issued for the current billing cycle, but you will not be charged again
For legal or operational reasons, certain information may be retained after account deletion, as permitted or required by law. This may include:
Transactional or billing records for legal and financial compliance
Data related to resolved disputes or violations of our Terms
Anonymous or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you
