ELAC Representative - Be the voice for ELAC
Dine and Donate Coordinator - Set up time and date for dining fundraisers
Sign Up Genius Creator - Create Sign Up Genius for volunteers to sign up

Arts and Craft Coordinators - Pick out arts and crafts for events
Bingo Night Coordinators - Lead Bingo Night; make sure we have enough cards, dabbers, and snacks
Free Costume Giveaway Coordinators - Collect, wash and set up costumes
Movie Night Coordinators - Lead Movie Night; make sure we have media/sound, concession stand
Nacho Friday Coordinators - Coordinate with host teacher
Flyer Distributors - Make copies of flyer with school printer and distribute to classroom teachers
Garden Club Coordinators - Work with Ms. Delsner on School Garden

At the beginning of 2023-2024 School Year, Southgate Elementary did not have a Library due unforeseen circumstances. This project was a great undertaking lead by Vice Principal, Felicia Costa, funded by PTA, and implemented by our own Librarian, Ms. Natalie. By beginning of December 2024, the Library was up and running.

This started with a whisper by teachers that they wanted a better Staff Lounge. 1 day later, a plan was put in place and the following week the "Refresh Project" started. PTA teamed up with Admin and ELAC (English Learner Advisory Committee - parent group). With generous donations and a little PTA funding this project was brought to life.
