Do I have to be a PTA member to qualify for the Teacher and Staff Stipend?
Yes, teachers and staff who are PTA members are eligible. If you're not a member yet, you can join here.
How does it work?
If you've purchased supplies for your classroom, keep the receipt, fill out a reimbursement form, and return the filled form and receipt to the PTA. Drop it off in our mailbox.
Do I have to spend $200 all at once?
No, you are allowed to spend up to $200 throughout the school year.
Can I receive more than $200 in stipend?
Yes, this year we are offering a stipend incentive program. Any teacher or staff who volunteers at a PTA event will receive an additional $50 (one-time). Your participation in these events is invaluable, and we want to recognize your commitment to fostering a strong school community. This could be a total of $250!
Can I spend my stipend on food?
No, the stipend cannot be used for food purchases. While we understand the importance of providing "Brain Food" for our students, it's essential that we allocate funds responsibly and prioritize classroom needs.
When will I get my reimbursement?
Please allow us 1-2 weeks. Alternatively, you can attend a PTA meeting and receive your reimbursement check on the same night!
When do I have to turn in my reimbursement form and receipts?
All forms and receipts MUST be submitted by Friday, May 28, 2027. The PTA Board aims to close our accounting books by the end of the school year and start planning for the next one!
