To this end, South Bay Tennis proudly presents the Trash Talk Package. With this progressive package, you will be able to add excitement, intrigue, and performance art to your tennis game. You will learn useful phrases, gain situational awareness of score and momentum, and how to use your mind and body to formulate the perfect trash talk jabs and combinations. This package will refresh your stale game like a cold beer on a hot summer day.
With this program, you will never be the last person they ask if they can’t find a substitute. You will be the first option and sometimes, the only option.
We offer our Trash Talk Package to UTR 2.0 and above. Our code of ethics does not allow us to offer this package to those below UTR 2.0. However, we will make exceptions if you pay extra. Please contact our staff.

This is a one hour introductory package to help you understand the purpose of trash talk, appropriate times/places to use trash talk, and simple phrases that you can use in most situations.
Recommended for country club members, teenage girls in their middle school or high school team, working professionals (consultants, sales, bizdev) on business tennis outings.
This is a five one-hour progressive session of Trash Talk. In addition to the Library Trash Can material, our trash talk experts will teach you specific themes and phrases that are applicable for different shot and game scenarios. We will analyze your game to develop a style that fits you.
As a special bonus, for those who are soft spoken, our team of vocal experts will teach diaphragmatic breathing techniques so your trash talk can be heard and clearly understood by the intended audience. Like the proverbial fallen tree in the forest, if you talk trash and nobody hears it, did you actually trash talk?
Recommended for teenage men, working professionals, high school and college players and anyone who wants to take their game to the next level.
This package is not for the faint of heart or nose. This package is subscription based with a minimum subscription of 2 years. Our dedicated team of experts will work with you for an entire season to build a Trash Talk persona tailored to your game and personality. In addition, we will develop several celebratory gestures that will not only help your Trash Talk game but can help you gain sponsorships and fan following (due to confidentiality, we do not disclose our client list, but suffice to say we came up with the “hang up the phone” gesture).
Recommended for D1 college players, WTA/ATP professionals, and those with high disposable income, regardless of tennis level.
