In July 2022, South Bay Tennis hosted its Singles Tournavus, sponsored by BreakThrough Physical Therapy. This tournavus had 80 registered players ranging from NTRP 3.5 to NTRP 4.5. South Bay Tennis hosted its first doubles tournavus on March 2022. Thirty teams participated in the inaugural event.

In September 2021, South Bay Tennis hosted its first Cuesta Open tennis tournament. The tournament features 4.5+ players around the south bay.
