Shepherd of the Hills Community School is delighted to announce its 2nd Graduation Ceremony for the 2025/2026 academic year. This landmark celebration will take place on Saturday, 18 July 2026, at 9:00 AM at the SARI Park, near the school premises, adjacent to the Church of Pentecost, Nyankpala.
This year's ceremony promises to be one of the most memorable events in the history of our school as we celebrate the achievements of our graduating pupils from Kindergarten Three, Basic Three, and Basic Six. Beyond the presentation of certificates, guests will enjoy a vibrant programme featuring cultural performances, choreography, poetry recitals, drama presentations, the Prefects' Handing-Over Ceremony, the official unveiling of our new school uniforms, and many other exciting performances showcasing the talents and creativity of our learners.

The occasion will also mark another historic milestone for Shepherd of the Hills Community School with the official unveiling of our Junior High School (JHS) section, expanding our commitment to providing quality, holistic education for children in Nyankpala and beyond.

The management of the school wishes to inform prospective parents, guardians, and the general public that the end of Second Term Examinations was successfully concluded on Monday 30th of March, 2026. Following this were as series of extracurricular activities to goodbye the term with excitement through an active engagement in an inter-classes Football matches on Tuesday, followed by an inter-classes debate competition on Wednesday, and then finally the official vacation on Thursday 2nd April, 2026.
The dress code for the vacation day termed as 'Our-Day' was any Traditional attire to be worn by students and staff to dress in their official staff T-shirt of SOTH. After an extraodinary partying and chair-dancing activities engaged in by both staff and students, the school bell was finally rang for clossing assembly during which the Proprietor, Mr. Beyom Alhassan addressed everyone and announced a holiday extra-classes involving classes from basic 3 to basic 6 at a fee of GHS 2.00 per day. This extra-classes along with the already on-going Junior High School extra classes has been scheduled to begin on Wednesday 8th April, 2026 after the Easter break.
The school's administration wishes to encourage all parents and guardians to enroll their wards in the holidays extra-classes to help reinforce their learning during the holidays break.
