The Reflection Page is designed to document how feedback and insights are interpreted, internalized, and translated into meaningful improvements throughout the instructional design process. It captures how I respond to input from peers, outside consultants, instructional designers, and professors, as well as how I integrate knowledge gained from literature and research into the development of my project. This ongoing reflective process not only guides decision-making but also enhances the quality and relevance of the instructional product.
This page includes a Reflection Journal organized into the following sections:
1. Instructional Planning & Iterative Design – Chronicles the thought process and revisions made during the planning and design phases.
2. Peer, Instructor, and Consultant Feedback – Highlights the feedback received and how it shaped specific design decisions.
3. Insights from Research & Application Plans – Summarizes key ideas from relevant literature and how they are intended to be applied.
4. Applying Insights to Project Work – Demonstrates the practical implementation of theories, concepts, and feedback into the evolving project.
5. Evolving Project Based on Literature and Feedback – Reflects on the continuous development of the project as new knowledge and feedback are incorporated.
