About Me

I am an Instructional Designer. With a strong foundation in curriculum development and eLearning, I have dedicated my career to enhancing educational experiences through innovative design and technology integration. My work focuses on creating learner-centered instructional materials that bridge global best practices with local educational needs.

Currently, I am holding a Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation at Syracuse University. This advanced study equips me with the latest methodologies and tools to further improve educational outcomes in my home country. My passion lies in making education more accessible and effective, believing that well-designed instruction can empower individuals and transform communities.

In the near future, I plan to apply the knowledge and skills gained from my graduate studies to develop impactful learning solutions in Cambodia and beyond–wherever there is a need for positive, equitable, accessible, and high-quality learning experiences. My long-term goal is to become an independent instructional design consultant, collaborating with international institutions to foster educational innovation and equity.
