SoleMare Analytics – MarketMastery™ Tools

SoleMare Analytics provides professional market analysis tools under the MarketMastery™ brand.
MarketMastery™ is a suite of professional TradingView indicators and frameworks, consisting of multiple scripts designed to help traders understand market structure, bias, and context.
All MarketMastery™ tools are accessed exclusively through TradingView, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
MarketMastery™ is available via TradingView Paid Spaces as a monthly subscription.
A subscription provides access to all MarketMastery™ scripts included in the Paid Space.
Billing is monthly and handled entirely by TradingView.
Access is linked to your TradingView account.
You can cancel anytime directly from your TradingView settings.
After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
SoleMare Analytics does not handle payments, billing, cancellations, or taxes.
MarketMastery™ tools are not offered with trial or demo access, unless explicitly stated.
Instead, subscribers receive full access to the complete MarketMastery™ suite, including multiple scripts, for the duration of their monthly subscription. This allows users to explore all features in real market conditions and decide freely whether to continue.
All payments are processed by TradingView.
SoleMare Analytics does not issue refunds directly.
Refund requests, if any, are handled according to TradingView’s Terms of Use and billing policies.
No refund guarantees are provided by SoleMare Analytics.
Occasionally, complimentary or promotional access may be granted (for example, to existing subscribers or during special announcements).
Such access is temporary and discretionary.
It does not imply permanent or lifetime access.
Conditions or duration may change without notice.
Complimentary access does not override these Terms & Conditions.
Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use MarketMastery™ tools for their own trading and analysis.
You may not:
Share or resell access
Redistribute scripts or modified versions
Reverse-engineer or copy indicator logic
Provide access to others through your account
Commercialize the tools without permission
Misuse may result in termination of access.
All MarketMastery™ tools are provided for educational and analytical purposes only.
They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, performance, or profitability.
Trading involves substantial risk, and users are solely responsible for their decisions.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
All MarketMastery™ scripts, calculations, visuals, documentation, and branding are the intellectual property of SoleMare Analytics.

MarketMastery™ tools depend on TradingView’s platform and infrastructure.
SoleMare Analytics is not responsible for:
TradingView outages or technical issues
Data delays, inaccuracies, or platform changes
Modifications to TradingView features, policies, or services
Users must comply with TradingView’s Terms of Use and Paid Spaces Terms.
In case of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and TradingView’s terms, TradingView’s terms prevail.
MarketMastery™ tools may be updated, modified, enhanced, or discontinued over time.
Active subscribers receive updates automatically.
Features, visuals, or components may change without prior notice.
Continuous availability or specific feature sets are not guaranteed.
Access may be suspended or terminated if:
These Terms & Conditions are violated
TradingView policies are breached
Misuse, redistribution, or abuse is detected
TradingView terminates or modifies the Paid Spaces program
If a Paid Space is discontinued or terminated, subscribers retain access until the end of the current billing period, after which access ends.
SoleMare Analytics shall not be liable for:
Trading losses or missed opportunities
Platform-related disruptions or errors
Decisions made based on indicator outputs
Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the tools is entirely at the user’s own risk.
