At first stage we have formed a team of four person , but we ended up by having a huge and expensive project which was not possible to complete within 14 weeks. Therefore we decided to split the team , hence myself and Harsimran paired up and decided a new ideology of project.
2 February
2. Project selection was very time consuming and hardest part, because we both had different views and ideas but we decided to make a E-Street. Meeting with our technical advisor Professor Abeer sheikhly gave very important and technical suggestions regarding where to buy components from to making of final prototype.
20 February
3. We faced problem while selecting controlling unit of circuit whether to use 555 timer, microcontroller or arduino. After having a good research about component's functions and complexity we decided to use arduino, as we knew bit of logic programming.
5 March
4. To decide the rating of solar panel was a barrier for us , where 12v solar panel was not easily available and it could take a month if we order online. Hence we decided to use 18v solar panel as it was available at local electronic store. To charge a 9v battery from 18v solar panel is still a question mark for team.
26 March
5. Due to the critical situation going through (covid-19) , we running behind from our scheduled tasks to be done. As we are advised to work from home , hence we did troubleshooting of arduino programming. The program we tested in arduino was lagging in performance when infrared sensors is concerned. In the previous meeting with technical advisor, she is much satisfied with our pace of work.

No progress due to Covid-19
12 April
As of now we are focusing on our Final report. Due to covid 19, it is not possible to complete soldering and connecting solar panel so we applied for an change request and eliminated those tasks.
20 April
After getting grades of final report for COMM, we are correcting errors mentioned by professor and will upload report for MGMT as well.
