Is a multi-awarded and visionary leader who proudly served three consecutive terms as Municipal Mayor from 2016-2025. Throughout her nine years in office, she championed inclusive development, strengthened disaster preparedness, expanded access to health and social services, and promoted good governance at the grassroots level.

Her dynamic leadership earned her numerous local, regional, and national recognitions including the Seal of Good Local Governance, the SubayBAYANI National Award, Gawad Kalasag, the Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance, high functional rating in the Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Audit, recognized as one of the Top Performing Mayors in Cagayan, among many others.
