·        Is a proud farmer, businessman, and dedicated public servant whose leadership is deeply rooted in service to the grassroots. At just 26 years old, he began his political career as Barangay Captain of Andarayan North, serving an impressive nine consecutive years marked by strong leadership and a passion for community development.

·   Now on his second term as a Sangguniang Bayan Member, he continues to champion the welfare and progress of his fellow Solanians.
