Atty. Rhea Beverly C. Llamelo

·        is the only daughter of the late Mr. Bonifacio Lim Carag and Mrs. Rema Cristobal Carag. A consistent achiever, she graduated as Valedictorian of Bauan Elementary School and became Feature Writing Editor of Ang Bagwis at Cagayan National High School.

·        She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Paul University Philippines, receiving multiple awards, including the Philippine Healthcare Award and Journalism Award. She passed both the Nursing Licensure Exam and the Licensure Exam for Teachers before pursuing her calling in law.

·        Atty. Carag-Llamelo earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cagayan Valley and passed the 2022 Bar Exams. She made history in Solana by organizing the first-ever Free Legal Aid Caravan, “Kalusugan at Batas Bente-Kwatro Oras,” offering free consultations and notarial services to nearly 1,000 Solanians across 29 barangays.

·        Now serving as a Sangguniang Bayan Member, she is committed to continuing this legacy and launching more public service programs for the people of Solana.
