Rodrigo C. De Asis

·        is the second eldest among the 13 children of the late former Mayor Romulo Y. de Asis, Sr. He is the husband of outgoing SB Member Hon. Francisca F. de Asis and a proud father to four children—Board Member Romar F. De Asis, Rodrigo “Joko” de Asis, Lovely F. De Asis, and Ligaya F. De Asis.

·        His journey in public service began as Barangay Captain of Centro Northwest from 1982 to 1992. He was also elected as ABC President from 1989 to 1992. He went on to serve as Vice Mayor of Solana from 1992 to 1996, and as Municipal Mayor from April 6, 1996 to June 30, 2007. He later returned as Vice Mayor from 2007 to 2010. From July 1, 2016 to 2025, he has served as Board Member of the 3rd District of the Province of Cagayan.

·        With decades of experience in public office, he earned deep respect and trust for his unwavering dedication, leadership, and service to the people of Solana and the province of Cagayan.
