WEEK 1

first sketch and title block

I didn't realise the importance of measurements and proportions for inanimate yet and just sketch what i thought looked right

WEEK 2

for week 2 i realised that my sketch looked nothing like the actual controller and decided to measure everything out. i bought my first french curve. after measuring it all it i drew lines to help guide my drawings.

I also fixed my title block and did proper measuring instead of free handing all the measurements.

WEEK 3

I drew the front view working more on the curves making sure they're identical and symmetrical.

WEEK 4

I worked on the back view and side view. Accidentally did the back view upside down the fixed my mistake later in the last week

FINAL WEEK

For the final week i had to draw the sectional drawing for the controller, i sadly don't have the progress work for this mainly because i was so concentrated on figuring out the inside pieces

This final week i also wrote all the measurements down for all my drawings and wrote the architectural lettering.

then i submitted the works :)

For this first assignment i found it quite difficult at first but then when i figured out the proper tools to use it became so much easier to work with. Overall i mostly learnt from my mistakes and corrected them by myself and with the points the lecturer gave when they gave constructive criticism. First assignment taught me that measurements and instruments are very important with technical drawings.
