Postmodern architecture, also known as postmodernism, is an architectural style that emerged in the late-1960s as a reaction against modernism. Modernist architecture had faced increasing criticism for its rigid doctrines, uniformity and perceived lack of local and cultural context. This will be the main type of architecture around the country as the irregularities of this type of buildings will represent how different an authentic my country is.

international style architecture was developed in the 1920s-30s and was closely related to modernism and modern architecture, The most common characteristics of International Style buildings are rectilinear forms; light, taut plane surfaces that have been completely stripped of applied ornamentation and decoration; open interior spaces; and a visually weightless quality engendered by the use of cantilever construction. it is perfect for the richest in the city, this would be the most expensive house to live in with only the 1% of the 1% able to afford. these house would be in the hills near the centre of the capital city its simple design will compliment the greenery it will be surrounded by which in turn encourages citizens to plant more.

colonial architecture is architecture style from a mother country that has been incorporated into the buildings of settlements or colonies in distant locations. they have symmetrical facade, gable roof and usually two or three stories that are rectangular shaped. It is usually brick or wood with classical details, i think this type of buildings will be perfect for housing outside of the city giving it a nice classical European/ American feel in Asia. it will give the country a bit of class.
