There are many places that you can go to get assistance with your technology needs. Information Technology Services (ITS) provides support and training on the use of applications in the UNCG software catalog. Level of support available from ITS varies by software package and are defined below. Some software is supported by campus unit/departments to meet their specific curricular or administrative needs.  Please see the lists below for specific contact information.

Instructional Technology Consultants (ITC) are responsible for assisting faculty and staff in their respective areas. If you have a questions about instructional technology, please review the list below to see if their is an ITC available to assist you. If you do not have an ITC please feel free to contact 6TECH for further assistance.
