RETURN POLICY
Cancellation
Prior to production or shipping of the product, we allow order cancellations. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be given. As soon as the goods has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the purchase.
Returns (if appropriate)
Products may be returned to us. Consumers have a 14-day window following the delivery of the merchandise to request a return. Your item must be brand new and in the same condition as when you got it in order to be eligible for a return. Also, it must be in its original packaging. We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return. Please don't return your purchase to the merchant. Clients will only ever be billed once or less for shipping expenses (this includes returns); there will be no restocking fees applied to returns of goods.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will email you a receipt message after your return has been received and is being examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. Within three business days of the decision, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
Missing or delayed reimbursements (if applicable)
Check your bank account one more first if you haven't gotten a return yet. Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period. Please email us if you've done all of this and you still have not gotten your refund.

Europe 12 to 25 working days. UK France, Germany, and Switzerland 7 to 15 working days. Australia 12 to 15 working days. Worldwide 12 to 20 working days. Order processing and shipment times may be delayed by up to an extra 7 business days as a result of COVID-19's effects on our warehousing and shipping operations. You can review the information in the table below. There can be a 2–5 day delay in processing your orders as we work to make our shipping procedure even safer for your products.
Billing and account information accuracy
Any order you place with us is subject to our discretion. We reserve the right to impose a restriction on the number of items you can buy per person, household, or order, or to cancel it altogether. Orders placed by or under the same customer account, using the same credit card, or using the same billing and/or delivery address are just a few examples of these limits. We may try to reach you at the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you gave when placing the purchase in the event that we have to modify or cancel it.
Orders that appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, in our sole discretion, may be restricted or prohibited.
