By using Shetory to place an order, you agree to the conditions below. These rules were developed in order for you to completely understand how we handle returns and refunds. These regulations apply to all American territories that are domestic.
Policy about 30-day return window
Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
Acceptable return circumstances

RETURN PROCESS

Return labels will be sent to you via email after the request has been reviewed. Customer downloads and printing are required. The consumer must ship the goods to Shetory Return in the United States at 10 E. Dale Court in Greeneville, Tennessee, 37745, with the product being returned in its original packaging.
Conditions for Item Return:
Your item must be unworn or unused with tags still attached and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
Is there still time for Shetory residents to return?
We accept returns within thirty days after delivery. If you have any questions regarding returns, kindly contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
When the return shipment came, did you receive notice of it?
As soon as your return cargo arrives at our facilities, we will email you to let you know that we have received it. Depending on your address, a different period of time may pass before you get the returned products.
