Personality: Storm is wild and reckless, a storm with skin. She's most content when going fast, and loves racing the wind and playing in the rain. The time she's truly at home, though, is when racing flat out, chasing after the lightning bolts flashing across the sky. An hour before a storm reaches her, her lightning-like marbling will begin to glow faintly, and fully lights up once the storm reaches them, and also crackling with electricity.
