Dominic "Lunchbox" Lobrovoski (Primogen)
Dominic is a mild tempered Russian from the Vladivostok region of Russia. He is a Master Bladesmith and very passionate about it. Mr. Lobrovoski believes that ones survival depends on your ability to learn, adapt, overcome and how well you can control the mortal world around you. His motto is "Whether is drinks, blades or protection, I can do that!"

CJ Holmes
CJ arrived in the Mid-Atlantic in 2008 after several years in Indiana. An adamant Independent with a tendency to stick her nose in things, she converted to the Cam in 2010. She is rarely seen without her olive knapsack. Though she considers Annapolis her home she continues to wander across the Mid-Atlantic and spends a significant amount of time traveling.
Hannah Martin (Archon to Art Morgan)
In 2011 she moved her base of operations from DC to Annapolis, Maryland and functioned as the Deputy Sheriff and Gangrel Whip in the Domain until October 2012, when she became Sheriff officially. She exhibits little interest in pursuing the higher level Officer positions within the Domain, instead seeming to focus on her personal goals, although her contributions led to her promotion to Seneschal in October 2013. Her tenure as Seneschal, however, was short lived. She entered into service to the Brujah Justicar, Jaroslav Pascek, in April 2014. She was honorably released from service in early 2016 after Manuela Cardoso replaced Pascek as the new Brujah Justicar. Within a few months she was back in service, this time to Justicar Art Morgan.
Yellow-Eyed Jack
Very little is known of Jack's origins. From what little he has revealed about himself it is believed that he was born and raised somewhere up north in the New England states. He has no discernible accent to speak of and his mannerisms give little away in terms of upbringing. Some suspect that in his mortal years, Jack may have served in the military in some way. He carries a military style rucksack with him in his travels and exhibits skills and talents for wilderness survival as well as a working knowledge of first aid and emergency response that are not commonly taught to average civilians. When asked about this, Jack simply shrugs or flat out ignores the inquiry altogether.

Anastasia Koslov (Primogen)
Originally (and briefly) known as Jane Doe, this citizen the Domain has actually been here for quite some time. She was just six feet underground in a wooden box. She served as Primogen of the Clan for a time before disappearing for nearly a year. She returned from walkabout in the fall of 2008 and was reinstated as Primogen. She then went through some very drastic changes in personality, and insisted on changing her name from 'Alexandra' to 'Anastasia'. She has dropped the Russian accent, claiming it was a prank that had gone on too long. At the Conclave of 2010, she emerged from her Clan's meeting early, resigned her position of Primogen, then stripped herself of all standing to become independent. For three years, she remained independent, but still spent much of her time at Camarilla gatherings, and doing various jobs for the Domain. In January of 2013, she once again became an Acknowledged member of the Ivory Tower, her standing reinstated by Prince Rook. She served as Deputy Sheriff, then as a Primogen, then as Sheriff before taking some time from her duties to work on some "personal matters."
After spending almost three years "in her basement working on stuff," Ana resurfaced again. This time, she served as Primogen for a time until she was promoted to Seneschal in January of 2019. Though she claimed the position would only be temporary, she has yet to step away.

Rook (Sovereign Prince)
Rumor has it that Rook has been in service to the Warlord and fought in the New York City offensives against the Sabbat. He goes only by the name of "Rook," which could easily have been a tactical name or call sign - but seems to be what he answers to. The story goes that he was sent away from the front lines for a time to regain some of his terribly eroded humanity. War is hell, and war with monsters is not good for the soul. Shortly after his arrival, he was tapped to help the Sheriff as a Deputy, and pursued the job with a typical soldier's diligence. He has since proven that he is deadly - even if only armed with a pencil. He later served as Harpy under Prince Vincent Velario, and then Seneschal under Prince Jed Adams, before finally taking the throne himself when Jed fled the domain. Named Sovereign Prince in 2015, he has held the throne, unchallenged, for nearly five years.
Harrow (Harpy)
Harrow is Sovereign Prince Rook's childe, having come to Annapolis with him nearly a decade ago after fighting her own battles in New York. She has held many positions within the Domain during her time there, including Seneschal, Primogen, and now Harpy – a position she has held since October of 2013. She is known for her devotion to the Domain of Annapolis, and is also widely connected throughout the Camarilla. She has rubbed elbows with some of the biggest movers and shakers out there. She’s a painter and a sketch artist, recognized for her vivid ability to capture truly incredible emotion and detail in her work. She is also known for her peculiar intensity and an uncanny ability to see and interact with the dead (the non-kindred kind, of course).
