House Rules Update

Currently found in the Downtime Actions House Rules, I have added the following. If STs feel like this is getting overused/abused, we may limit it further. (Limitations on how many resources you can spend at once, or a maximum limit to how many DTAs it can reduce, or such.) We might also expand it to cover other types to Downtime Actions, but for now, we'll test it out on these two common actions. This is found under the 'Abilities and Backgrounds that Affect Downtime Actions' section...

Resources: Sometimes, you just want to make work go faster. For the Downtime Actions required to Build/Improve a Property, or for Crafting, you may expend a temporary dot of Resources to skip one Downtime Action normally required to complete your project. You may reduce your total Downtime Actions needed for such a project up to your rating in Resources. (Example: You want to improve your 1 point Haven to a 5-point Haven. You've already used your other Downtime Actions this cycle, but you have Resources 5. You can expend 4 dots of your Resources as if they were Downtime Actions in order to purchase your property up to a 5 without waiting until next cycle.)

I have also added 'Building or Improving a Property' to the Downtime Actions list (as previously, only 'Maintaining a Property' was there, which is different). This is mostly just a reference note that points you to the Property Rules, as I don't want to duplicate things too much, but I felt it worth referencing in the list.
