Include your iPhone model, iOS version, FluxBalls version, and what happened. If you share a screenshot, hide personal information. Never send passwords, payment details, or Apple Account verification codes.
Tap a target to fire. Drag the cannon or the bottom rail left and right to move. Prefer drawing? Choose Draw a line in Settings, drag upward to aim, and release to shoot. Cannon energy holds three shots and regenerates one shot every two seconds of active play. Moving lightning pickups refill it.
In solo play, shoot through the upper gate or hit lightning to refill survival energy. Destroy the upper field to finish the arena. Each arena hides three golden Fluxballs: shoot them, then finish the arena to save your collection. Stars charge the super shot. Five stars ready a piercing shot that destroys regular enemies and breakable platforms in one hit; bosses lose half their maximum health.
The first five arenas are free. Each device has ten free multiplayer round starts. A disconnected round still counts once it has started. Full Game is one non-consumable purchase that unlocks every arena, unlimited duels, and removes ads. It is not a subscription.
To restore Full Game, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, open FluxBalls Settings, and choose Restore purchases. You can also restore from the Full Game screen. Apple handles billing, payment information, purchase approval, and refunds. For a billing or refund request, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting the app does not refund a purchase.
Private duels use a direct encrypted connection between two nearby iPhones. Keep Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on and allow Local Network access for FluxBalls in iPhone Settings. Open the app on both phones. One player creates a room; the other scans its QR code or enters the six-digit code. Both players must be ready. Room invitations expire after ten minutes. The stage chooser alternates between rounds. Both players need Full Game for an arena beyond the first five.
Camera access is optional and is used only to scan room invitations. You can type the code instead. If a room is not found, check distance, permissions, the room code, and whether the invitation has expired; then create a new room.
FluxBalls supports English, German, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, and Hindi. Choose an app language in iPhone Settings → Apps → FluxBalls → Language, where available, or change your preferred system language. Apple purchase sheets and Google consent/ad content follow their own language settings.
Music, sound effects, volume, and haptics are adjustable in FluxBalls Settings. Sound uses media volume and can play in Silent Mode. Reduce Motion reduces decorative movement. Button controls are available from the in-game controller button.
Scores, collections, settings, and free-duel usage are stored on this device. Cloud saves and worldwide leaderboards are not provided. Reinstalling or erasing the app can remove local records; verified Full Game purchases can be restored through Apple.
