This policy applies to FluxBalls for iPhone and iPad. For privacy questions, contact tan.lehnstreue.6s@icloud.com.
FluxBalls stores gameplay scores, completed arenas, collected rewards, difficulty and control preferences, sound settings, tutorial state, and free multiplayer usage locally on your device. The app does not require an account with the developer. The developer does not operate a gameplay account server, cloud-save service, analytics dashboard, or worldwide leaderboard for FluxBalls. iOS device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings. Deleting the app can erase its local data.
Apple’s StoreKit handles the optional one-time FluxBalls Plus purchase. The app verifies Apple transactions to determine whether paid features are available and can restore an existing purchase through your Apple Account. The developer does not receive your payment-card details. Apple processes purchase and billing information under its own privacy policy. Transaction access may change after a refund or revocation.
Optional private duels use Apple Multipeer Connectivity and encrypted nearby communication. To discover and connect with the other player, the app exchanges a temporary room code and the device’s peer display name. During a duel, the connected phones exchange selected arena and difficulty, ready state, shot/transfer information, scores, shield status, and round completion or disconnection events. This is sent to the other player’s device to operate the duel. Room discovery can advertise the invitation code and expiry to nearby devices. Invitations expire, and no public lobby or developer-hosted matchmaking server is provided. Avoid including personal information in your device name if you do not want the nearby opponent to see it.
Local Network permission is used for nearby discovery and play. Camera permission is optional and used to read a room QR code. Camera frames are processed on the device; FluxBalls does not record or upload those frames. You can join by entering the code instead. Permissions can be changed in iPhone Settings.
The free version supports interstitial ads between completed solo arenas when advertising is enabled and an ad is available. FluxBalls Plus removes ads. The app does not reward clicking an ad.
Advertising, when enabled, uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google’s User Messaging Platform for consent and privacy choices. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, device and app information, advertising or app identifiers where permitted, approximate location inferred from IP address, interactions with ads, and diagnostic/performance information to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent fraud in advertising. Practices depend on consent, region, device settings, and Google’s configuration. Before starting the advertising SDK or requesting ads, FluxBalls requests Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission if no decision has been made. With your authorization and the applicable Google consent, Google and its advertising partners may link data from this app with data from other companies’ apps and websites to personalize and measure advertising, including using the advertising identifier where permitted. If Apple tracking permission is denied, restricted, or unresolved, FluxBalls does not start the advertising SDK or load or show ads. You can continue playing without granting tracking permission. FluxBalls Plus owners do not request ads or tracking permission.
Where required, Google’s consent form appears before ad requests. Ad privacy choices are available in app Settings when Google makes them available. You can also manage privacy and tracking settings in iOS. Consent and ad availability can affect which ads are shown. Google may process data on servers outside your country under its privacy arrangements. Read Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy), Google’s partner-site information (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites), and Google’s advertising privacy controls (myadcenter.google.com).
If you email support, the developer receives the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card data, or unnecessary personal information. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations; you can contact the address above to request access or deletion where applicable.
These support/privacy pages are hosted by Google Sites. Google may process website usage, device/network information, and cookies under its own policies. This is separate from the app’s local gameplay storage.
You can decline optional permissions, enter a room code instead of scanning, play solo without nearby access, change ad privacy choices where offered, and purchase FluxBalls Plus to remove ads. You can remove local app data by deleting the app, subject to iOS backup behavior. This does not erase Apple’s purchase history or data held by Google. Contact Apple or Google for their data rights and account controls. Contact support for requests about correspondence held by the developer.
FluxBalls is a general-audience game and is not designed to collect children’s personal information directly. Parents should supervise purchases and optional nearby play and use Apple’s parental controls. If you believe a child sent personal information to support, contact us so we can address it. Advertising availability and consent depend on the applicable settings and region.
This policy may be updated as the app or its services change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, in the app or store information.
