Yolanda was absolutely wonderful! She sent me adorable progress photos and fun videos of the puppies playing together. She provided excellent communication throughout the entire process and gave us a very nice gift bag of treats, toys, etc. to help get started with our new puppy. She is just wonderful!!!!

Buying a puppy online is filled with uncertainties and a high potential to encounter a puppy mill.  Those were the thoughts going through my mind when I started researching breeders for a Schnoodle.  When I came across Smart Schnauzers and Schnoodles I began to get excited.  After reading Yolanda's website, I felt she was a sincere and honest person who simply loved dogs and wanted others to experience the same joy.  I went ahead and contacted her about the puppy process.  To my surprise her Lucy was in heat and I was able to send her an application for a new puppy.  Yolanda is a business woman who is serious about her puppies going to loving homes.  I appreciated her clear and direct contract and the performance measures she asks of her pawrents to complete and show that they are serious about adopting and caring for a puppy.  I was so excited when the puppies were born.  Yolanda was very good about sending me pictures of the puppies every week, sending me videos of the puppies in action, and letting me know about the puppies development progress.  Yolanda was very accommodating to me offering video chats to see the puppies and to talk more about my questions that I had about getting ready for a puppy.   I arranged for a veterinarian appointment the very same day that my puppy was delivered and keeping with the terms of the contract. Everything Yolanda promised in her contract was absolutely true.  I  I have a beautiful, healthy puppy that is absolutely perfect.  She is loving, full of energy, well cared for, and very friendly with me and my family.  Yolanda was so kind to deliver the puppy in person with a parting puppy bag filled with essentials to help my little puppy start her first day at home with me.  I am truly grateful for the true love and care she gave to my puppy.  After my first day of caring for one puppy, I reflected on all the work Yolanda had done to bring my little puppy to be on her own with her new owner.  Thank you, Yolanda.  You will always be part of me and Beau's family.
