To start, we want to assure you that you are dealing with honest and real people especially in this world of internet scammers, where even we have been scammed. We want you to feel comfortable with us, as well as we need to be with you.  We encourage you to call us (or video call), if it helps you get comfortable with us. I've personally been told by Pawrents that they immediately felt comfortable about my process after speaking to me on the phone and knowing there was a real person on the other end.

PUPPY PRICE:  (PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR PRICING)   

**RESERVE A PUPPY:  In order to "reserve" a puppy prior to their 8-week Vet checkup, it is important that you contact us via email (smartschnauzers619@gmail.com) with your selection or you can text me (Yolanda) 619-381-4338.  Upon receiving your email address, I will send you a "Contract/Health Guarantee" form and additional information regarding the puppy process.

DEPOSIT:  A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your puppy, along with the completed "Puppy Contract/Health Guarantee" form.  Upon receipt of your $100 non-refundable deposit, it ensures that your chosen puppy is reserved and not sold to anyone else interested in the same puppy.  Our preferred method of payment would be Zelle. I have found it trustworthy, and it is received immediately. A Puppy Health Guarantee Contract will be sent to you via email. Once both deposit and the Puppy Contract have been received, your selected puppy will be reserved and the puppy will be noted on our website as "NFS-Not For Sale".  

The selection of your puppy will depend on what order your deposit and Contract was received.  You can also see and select your puppy via photos or videos.  Puppy availability will always be updated here on this website or on our social media pages, but you can always reach out to me for verification.  When your puppy has been reserved, I will be keeping in contact with you via text messages, FB messages, video messages on a daily to weekly basis until the puppy has had his/her 8-week Vet checkup and is ready to go your furever home.  

Should you later change your mind about your puppy selection, for whatever reason, but only if there are other puppies still available to select from, you may select a different puppy. 

IMPORTANT -  If the puppy has not been paid in full by the arranged pick-up date, which is at 8-weeks, then you forfeit your $100 non-refundable deposit AND the puppy (unless you have made prior arrangements and we have mutually agreed upon it).  

HEALTH GUARANTEE  -  the Puppy Contract/Health Guarantee that is signed by both you (new puppy owner) and me, during the puppy process, specifies that the puppy has a 1-year Health Guarantee and contains other important terms and conditions regarding your puppy.

Delivery/Traveling Costs:  If necessary and when possible, I can drive or meet up with you with the puppy for a fee (if outside the Tucson areas).  The fee depends on the distance.  We can also make arrangements to fly to your location for delivery of your puppy for the cost of the Airfare plus any expenses.  These fees would have to be made and paid for in advance prior to delivery of your puppy.  Please reach out to me for flight stipulations and fees or any other questions (smartschnauzers619@gmail.com) or call 619-381-4338.

**If you refer a customer and a puppy is purchased from your referral, you will receive a $50 discount towards your own puppy purchase upon receipt of your referral's full puppy payment or a $50 gift card at the time full puppy payment is received, whichever you choose.

SUMMARY - PUPPY PROCES STEPS:

Step 1:  Select and reserve a puppy - by sending me an email smartschnauzers619@gmail.com with your puppy selection. 

Step 2:  The Puppy Health Guarantee Contract will be sent to you for completion and signature and needs to be returned to me along with your $100 non-refundable deposit within 72 hours of selecting the puppy of your choice.

Step 3:  After sending me your $100 non-refundable deposit via Zelle to 619-381-4338, and the signed Puppy Contract, the puppy becomes "Not for Sale" (NFS) to anyone else and will be shown on my website as such.

Step 4:  At 8-weeks, puppy will be Vet checked and vaccinated.  A pickup date and time will need to be set around the 7th week.  

Step 5:  Final full payment to made along with delivery/pickup of puppy is made within 72 hours of delivery or pickup.

**If there is a Puppy available after 8-weeks and the puppy has already been Vet checked and vaccinated, a $100 non-refundable deposit will need to be made along with the Puppy Health Contract with the final remaining balance being due on the day of delivery of puppy via Zelle.

EACH PUPPY WILL COME WITH THE FOLLOWING:

• 8-week health check and vaccination record

• Contract/Health Guarantee Contract

• Gift Bag - puppy blanket (with mom's scent), small bag of puppy food, collar/leash, poop bag holder and a roll of poop bags, puppy toy and a birth certificate.
