1) Some services will require on site visitation for completed quotations. The services related to these requirements depends on location and whether traveling expenses will be necessary. 

2) No hard copies are provided unless specifically requested. 

3) A concept with variants will be presented to the client (Number of variants depends on the package chosen). The client will choose which concept fits their desire. Once the concept is chosen, Skyna will go hard at work to target the specific concept until the client is satisfied with the results. The concept cannot be changed after the choice has been made, unless negotiated. Reviews will only be done on the fixed concept that was chosen. 

4) Skyna is all about the satisfaction of the client. All work on concepts are reviewed for the time in accordance to the package chosen before final payment is done. Once final payment is done, the product will not be changed or amended unless the client has selected a package with extra review privileges. A new quotation will be generated as it will be considered as a new project if the client has no reviews included or added on. 

5) Once the client is satisfied with the results and the transaction has been concluded with the final payment, the copyright of the material will be owned by the client completely. All usage onwards will be considered "creative commons" for the client. Please keep in mind that should the client wish to copywrite protect the design / concept / material, you still need to do so through BIPA. Consult their website at : https://www.bipa.na/
