Once you have the product details that you desire, you should:
a) Contact us directly on WhatsApp or send us an Email here on our website (WhatsApp) Or enquire through Email.
Step 2:
Depending on your type of product we may have some questions in order to serve you with detailed information.
Step 3:
We start to go hard at work to resource your request with our trusted manufacturers and suppliers. (please note that this may take a small while considering we communicate one on one with our sources and time differences vary, but we always try our best to return to our clients with quotations ready withing the shortest amount of time starting from the confirmation of receipt of request). However, we will update you on progress as we work on your product.
Step 4:
We will present (PDF Brochure) you with different options for your special product as well as the details of it.
Please then use the order code that will be showcased with the selection.
Once you are completely satisfied with the option we presented to you, we will send you a formal quotation. Once you have accepted the quotation in writing with your signature, You can proceed to pay the indicated amount on the invoice via EFT.
As soon as you have sent us the proof of payment by either (WhatsApp) Or Email, and your payment reflects on our bank statement, Skyna Online will place the order immediately. Please Note: that ETA on order may take up to 90 days from start of order after payment received until arrival in Namibia Walvis Bay.
