How long does the shipping time take?

In Stock Shipping:In Stock Shipping:

Walvis Bay: 24-48 hour delivery except for Sundays and public holidays. Packages can be self picked up at Skyna location by arrangement.
Everywhere else in Namibia: 2-4 days depending on the courier of the client's choice, terms and conditions of that chosen courier and time parcel is submitted and picked up by courier services.
Outside of Namibia:

We will notify client in accordance to the courier of choice from the client.

Special order Shipping:

Standard shipping time may take up to a maximum of 90 days. This option is worth the wait in order to save money.
Fast Shipping may take between 35-40 days
Air freight may take between 5-8 Days.

The option will be presented to the client.

What payment method do you use?

In Stock Shop:

Once you select the "Buy Now" button, you will be redirected to the payment procedure page. You may proceed to "EFT" as our method of payment options. Please be sure to send us a proof of payment to our WhatsApp or Email. PLEASE READ DISCLAIMER concerning provided links.

Special Orders:

Our banking details are on our official Quotation and Invoice documentation. We only make use of direct (EFT) payment at this time.

Is there anything else I should be aware of when ordering a special product?

There are no hidden information. Skyna Online prides ourselves in being absolutely honest about every transaction and detail.
We assure our clients to have every bit of knowledge there possibly could be before they make a decision to order.
We do our best to steer as clear as possible through all the global difficulties that may arise at moments notice.

We do special resourcing for domestic as well as businesses. We can source in quantities of 1 and quantities suited for bulk buying. There is no restrictions on our MOQ.

We offer a special product request order service that is customized for your particular needs and desires.

We are 100% honest with our clients. If we think that there may be another provider best suited for your needs, we will send you in the right direction. We are not fortune seekers, we are here to make a difference. Therefore there is no need for us to view any other business as competitors. As long as our clients are simply satisfied, we are happy.

What happens if I want to return my product or it did not arrive at all?
