Should maintain consistent communication with members and the student life advisor.

Should have basic knowledge and understanding of the organization’s constitution and understand duties listed within.

Should possess a working knowledge of basic parliamentary procedure.

Should promote and uphold University Policy

Should see that the decisions of the organizations are carried out and the rules are faithfully executed.

Should have the power to create special committees and delegate whatever authority is deemed necessary to these committees.

Shall preside over all meetings.

Shall maintain order at all meetings.

Shall recommend the creation of all necessary committees and shall be an ex-officio member of all committees.

Shall represent the organization at all student activities or appoint a representative.

Shall execute all action authorized by the organization.

Shall serve as advisor to the President and act for the President in his/her absence.

Shall assist the president with the organization’s announcements, activities, etc.

Shall represent the organization and the student body at official functions (activities/event) as often as possible.

Shall help the president see that the decisions of the organization are enforced and faithfully executed.

Shall become familiarized with all the organization’s affairs.

Shall perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Shall keep accurate minutes of all organization meetings including attendance and business.

Shall be prepared to produce a copy of those minutes.

Send out all communications to members

Manage social media accounts

Collect the organization’s mail

The treasurer shall be responsible for keeping account of all money for which the organization is responsible

Shall give an account report every month to the organization.

Shall be responsible for passing on all financial record to the secretary/treasurer elect before the expiration of his/her term

Shall acquire necessary forms and check-request as needed by the organization.
