My journey in the food industry has not only shaped my career but also defined my purpose. Over the years, I’ve come to believe that food is not just a product—it’s a source of identity, a form of livelihood, and a powerful tool for change. My future goals are grounded in this belief, and I envision a path where business and compassion go hand in hand.
One of my primary aspirations is to work with some of the most respected and innovative food companies in the world—organisations like Nestlé, Unilever, Mondelez, Hello Fresh and other global leaders who have the power to influence food systems on a massive scale. I want to be a part of teams that are redefining what food means in the modern era—teams that prioritise health, sustainability, and ethical sourcing while still innovating at scale. My goal in joining these companies is not only to gain global exposure and experience but also to bring in real, grounded knowledge of traditional food systems and the challenges that farmers and producers face at the grassroots level.
But my ambitions go far beyond working in a corporate setting. I dream of creating something that is deeply my own—a brand, a platform, or even a movement that stands for food that is clean, ethical, and rooted in Indian tradition. I want to launch a chain of modern grocery stores in India that focus exclusively on organic and locally sourced products. These stores would not only serve health-conscious consumers but also act as a direct link between rural farmers and urban markets. By cutting down middlemen and giving farmers fair prices, this platform could change the way food supply chains operate in India.
A huge part of my vision is to support and uplift the farming community in India. I want to work directly with small-scale farmers, especially those interested in transitioning to organic methods. I believe that if given the right tools, education, and incentives, Indian farmers can lead a revolution in sustainable agriculture. I want to create programs that help them understand the benefits of going organic, assist with certification processes, and ensure that their efforts translate into real market value. This isn’t just a business goal—it’s a moral responsibility. If we are part of an industry, I believe it is our duty to care for the roots of that industry.
Another dream of mine is to take Indian food to the world—not just in the form of spicy snacks or ready-to-eat meals, but in its most authentic, nutritious, and culturally rich form. I want to export products like natural jaggery, native rice varieties, millet-based snacks, and herbal blends that have been part of Indian kitchens for generations. These products tell stories, and I want to be the storyteller. Through thoughtful branding, sustainable packaging, and honest marketing, I want global consumers to understand and respect the value of what they’re buying.
Eventually, I see myself as a founder of a company that blends business with impact—a company that thrives not only on profit but on the trust of farmers, the health of consumers, and the sustainability of the land. I want to build a team that believes in the same values and is willing to innovate in ways that are good for both people and the planet.
In everything I do, I aim to hold on to three guiding principles: sustainability, ethics, and impact. Whether I’m working in a corporate boardroom, standing in a rice field with a farmer, or developing a new product in a lab, I want my work to mean something. I want it to create value that lasts—not just on a balance sheet, but in the lives of people.
This is the future I am working toward—step by step, with purpose and passion.
