The Birthing Place of Jesus

We read in the Gospel of Matthew 1:18, "Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way."  What this Scripture represents is the inward knowing of the reality of Christ in you where your inner life is awakened to live from within.  At this moment, there is a joining work of the Holy Spirit, as represented by who Mary, to your born again spirit that Christ Jesus is in you already.  You no longer look from the outside to find Jesus, you realize that Christ in you is already there.  

Luke 13:34  O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not! 

However, it is the rational thinking of the soul, who represents Joseph that takes place.  The soul has learned the revelation of rest with God yet the soul must learn how to embrace the desire of the Father's Love to embrace Christ in them the Hope of Glory and His kingdom.  Here is a mystery, at first the soul does not understand the work of Divine Union of the work of the Holy Spirit to join their inward destiny only comes from the Father's Love. 

Matthew 1:19 And her husband Joseph, [the rational thinking that is in the character of the soul] being in a just position and unwilling to put her to shame, resolved to divorce her quietly.

Here, the soul has been enlarged by the Father's Love to embrace the birth of Christ in their mind, their will, their intellect in His infancy in them not knowing it is the Holy Spirit who takes of the Father's Love through Christ in them to join the union of the soul life to transfigure the increase of the kingdom of God in them.  

For this reason, the Holy Spirit [as represented as the Divine Union in the brooding work of the soul, like Mary] causes the soul life to encounter a dream in the sleep state.  

Matthew 1:20-25 But as he considered these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, do not fear to take Mary as your wife, for that which is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.  She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins." All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet: "Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel" [which means, God with us].  When Joseph woke from sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded him: he took his wife, but knew her not until she had given birth to a son.  And he called his name Jesus. 

In reality, I have come to this realization of the characteristics of the Father and the Holy Spirit through my own dreams.  There are times that I have dreamt of my Mother [who has now graduated to heaven].  There are times I was sick and my Mother came to me in a dream and prayed for me and I was instantly healed upon waking up from my sleep.  Throughout the new day of my healing I realized this was the work of the Holy Spirit, using the voice and nature of my Mother as a symbol to make the needed healing in my Spirit Mind to be physically healed.  At the same time, I have dreamt of being married when in my natural life I am not married where my husband would give me direction on what to do and where to go in assurance that he was taking care of the matter.  This is a symbol of the Father's Love through Christ in me, that was embracing me by the Holy Spirit.  Sometimes, in our daily lifes we do not know the Way to go and we do not understand that times like these that cause us to think these questions is really the work of the Mothering work of the Holy Spirit taking of the Father's Love, to transfigure us in Christ in us.  

The God-Head has a nurturing side of them that is "Meek and lowly in heart and easily entreated."  The same is true there a son or daughter of God carries these nurturing Fruits of the Holy Spirit within them to help them grow into the stature of Christ in them.
