It's been a real journey in my life in the study of Covenant with God. For me, there is a certain kind of joy that comes to my heart to experience God in a way that is personal to me, that give results. For me, I am very visual but I also like to image and create.
On the left side of this page there is a picture from my journal. I went to the Dollar Store and picked me up about 20 spiral notebooks, some crayons, and different colored pens. I forgot to get pencils, but I hope to get some next time with a pencil sharpener.
I have a portable communion kit that I carry with me. It was a gift to me in the Old Online School of Prayer Website, that I started back 2012 from a sister in the Lord. I appreciate it so much! With that being said, "You will probably need to get you one so that you can carry with you." If you don't have one get some juice and oyster crackers, they have the same results. You can put them inside of a recipie box and carry that around to. Fits nice inside your belt bag when you are riding your bike and on the go.

Step One-Holy Communion A Covenant View
On the top of your piece of paper in your spiral notebook, write out the desires that you have as you prepare for Holy Communion. These desires can be short keywords, such as: a better job, salvation for family member, God's will in your life, direction concerning a matter, or more.
With your spiral journal side ways the lines are pointing down, there is a red line across the top of the paper where you are record your keyword desires.

After you put your keyword desires on top of the red line, draw your template for Holy Communion. I found it easier to start from the corners: the bottom right -Oil Bottle [The Father's Love and Righteous Light through Christ in you ], bottom left-some Grain Growing [proclaiming the death of Jesus + your desires in the Father's Love]; upper left--a Cup for the Drink Offering [proclaiming the resurrection of Christ in you + your desires in the Father's Love.] Take time to color them with your favorite colors.
Then move to the center: draw a circle and begin to write the Fruits of the Spirit [The Fruits of the Harvest of Christ in you in the revelation of the Father's Love.] Then, in the center of the circle draw a figure of you with a cross in the center to be a symbol of the death and resurrection of Jesus.
Lastly, move to outside the circle and write the names of the Testimonies and Pledges of the Oath of Covenant Jesus became: on top write the name, then draw a line under the name, then write what it is for. One thing that is missing on my journal template is what each one is for that represents the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus in His Sacrifices of Righteousness. You can get those on the template on the upper right of this page.

Choosing the right Treasury is meditating on what the Treasury represents in the Life of Jesus. For example, "Wisdom represents more than how to put something together, or a creative idea to start a buisness." What you want to match is "What is Eternal, through the Life of Christ Jesus. Here, Wisdom represents all the prophecies that were spoken of the Prophets in the Old Testament about the Life of Jesus." Here, if you are taking communion about your life's purpose to come forth in you life, or direction then this is where you match your need. When you transfer your keyword, "Draw a half circle [representing a piece of communion waver] and give that waver piece drawing a name. Fill the Treasuries up with as much as want, then color the waver drawings.

As you are transfering your keyword desires you are not doing this to get something, "You are coming into agreement, because the answer to these desires are already co-joined in you."
