Rusted Grenades

The second part of my minor project working on moulds and casts involved creating identical casts of a grenade, moulded from the original 3D print. The first task was filling and sanding the original 3D print to ensure there was no lines from the resin buildup, making it realistic. I also filled and sanded a larger 3D print grenade. I then created a two-part mould box with keys, and made a slush cast Easyflow grenade, as well as a foam and rubber cast. Finally, I made an Easyflow cold slush cast. I then chose a reference photo for rusty grenades and painted all the grenades to look identical to each other.
