SIN CITY F.O.O.L.S. MEMBERSHIP

The Sin City F.O.O.L.S. are dedicated to preserving the traditions, brotherhood, and craftsmanship of the fire service.

Our chapter brings together firefighters who take pride in the job, believe in training, and remain committed to passing down the knowledge and traditions of our profession.

Membership is open to career, paid-on-call, volunteer, and retired firefighters who support the mission of F.O.O.L.S. International.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

INITIAL MEMBERSHIP | $105

Your initial membership payment includes:

$20 F.O.O.L.S. International activation fee.

$80 Sin City F.O.O.L.S. chapter membership dues.

Official F.O.O.L.S. International membership card upon successful processing.

Membership in the Sin City F.O.O.L.S. chapter.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP | $85

Annual membership dues support chapter operations, firefighter training, educational opportunities, and events.
Annual chapter membership dues are $85 per year, payable January 1 of each applicable renewal year.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

Please review the following instructions carefully before beginning the membership process.

STEP 1 | REQUEST AN APPLICATION

To begin the membership process, complete our Membership Interest Form using the link below.
MEMBERSHIP INTEREST FORM
Once submitted, an official membership application will be provided electronically.

STEP 2 | COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION

All membership applications must be completed digitally and filled out in their entirety.
Applications must contain all required information and be submitted electronically in PDF format.
Incomplete or handwritten applications will not be accepted.

STEP 3 | SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

All applications will be reviewed by chapter leadership for completeness before proceeding with membership activation.

STEP 4 | MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT

Initial Membership Fee: $105
Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a secure payment link through Square at the email address provided on your application.
Complete your payment using the link provided.
Do not submit payment until you receive your official Square payment request from Sin City F.O.O.L.S.

STEP 5 | MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION

Upon receipt of your completed application and membership payment, an authorized chapter officer will submit your information to F.O.O.L.S. International for processing.
F.O.O.L.S. International will process your application and issue an official membership number and membership card.
Membership is not considered active and in good standing until F.O.O.L.S. International has processed the application and issued a membership number.
In accordance with Article 5, Section 3 of the 2025 F.O.O.L.S. International Articles of Association.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL POLICY

MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATED ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 31

Members whose initial chapter membership becomes active on or before October 31 are required to pay their $80 annual membership renewal by January 1 of the following calendar year.

MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATED AFTER OCTOBER 31

Initial memberships activated after October 31 will include annual chapter membership dues for the entire following calendar year.
These members will not be required to submit an additional annual payment until January 1 of the subsequent year.

FAILURE TO RENEW MEMBERSHIP

Failure to submit required annual membership dues by January 1 may result in suspension or revocation of Sin City F.O.O.L.S. chapter membership.
Membership reinstatement is subject to review by chapter leadership and payment of any applicable outstanding dues.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT INFORMATION

All membership payments are securely processed through Square.
Once your completed application has been received and reviewed, an individual payment link will be emailed directly to you.
Please do not submit membership payments until you have received an official payment request from Sin City F.O.O.L.S.

MEMBERSHIP REVOCATION

Membership in the Sin City F.O.O.L.S. is a privilege, not a right. The Chapter Executive Board reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership at any time for just cause, including violations of chapter or F.O.O.L.S. International regulations, conduct unbecoming of a F.O.O.L., or actions that go against the mission, values, and integrity of our brotherhood.

All disciplinary decisions will be subject to review by the Chapter Executive Board and handled in accordance with applicable governing documents.

We hold our members to a high standard. Anyone unwilling to uphold that standard may forfeit their place in the brotherhood.
