I am immensely proud of our British Armed Forces through history.

That pride extends to my Grandfather and (Navy diver, Army) Father (RAF Wg Cdr, Coastal Command Sunderland pilot). And even my own seven years of RAF service.

Poppy day holds a special place in my year, followed by Saint Georges day.
