I am originally from Kansas City, and I plan to return to the area and work as a private chef full-time in December of 2027 when I graduate from college. Until then, while I am finishing my degree, I will be splitting my time between Kansas City and Lincoln, Nebraska. I will be available for the summer in KC, and then I will turn that over into college meal prep options for the University of Nebraska students in the fall. While cooking in KC and Lincoln, my goal remains the same: to keep meals healthy, accessible, and enjoyable.
