My name is Madeline! I am a junior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln; I’m majoring in Nutrition and Minoring in Entrepreneurship. Having a healthy lifestyle is something that has inspired me from a young age. One of my favorite things as a kid was to get to play in the kitchen. Cooking has always been one of my stress reliefs, and curating recipes is where my creativity comes through. My passion for wellness started when I was an athlete, and understanding how food impacts not only the physical health but also the overall well-being of a person. Playing volleyball for years and now transitioning into coaching has strengthened my health knowledge, discipline, and overall passion for nutrition.
For as long as I can remember, the kitchen has been where I let my creativity flourish.

My Mission
My main goal is to take away the stress and routine of everyday cooking, creating meals into something intentional, restorative, and satisfying. Food should not be a chore; it should be an experience that brings people together, supports wellness, and creates connection. With mindfulness and attention to detail, I strive to help my clients reclaim their time and energy so they can focus on what matters most while enjoying nourishing, meaningful meals.
