The Send sheet is where you will enter messages to send out.
The To Number column is where you will enter the phone numbers of your recipients. If sending outside of the US or Canada, include the country code.
The Body column is where you will enter the content of the text message itself.
Batches can accommodate up to 250 messages per send. A full send (brah) will take less than 20 seconds on average.
Each message can be up to 1600 characters in length. Each message segment is 160 characters, so that's up to 10 segments per message.
Any validation errors will show up in column D. Fix the errors and click Validate again.
All Sent messages will show up in the Sent tab.
The sent message append to the bottom, so the newest messages are the messages that are the furthest down.
If you have at least a Pro account, delivery statuses update in column F. Sometimes the delivery status fails. Not to worry, just click Update Statuses to resolve the issue. That button is also available on the Home page.
If you have at least a Pro account, you can receive unlimited responses to your outbound messages and they will log in your Responses tab.
If the inbound message was in response to an outbound message, it will put the details from that last outbound message so you can see what message the person responded to.
Responses append to the bottom, so the newest messages are the messages that are the furthest down.
Responses also generate an email notification by default. This can easily flood your inbox, so we recommend that you set up a filter detailed here instead of turning off this setting.
There is a hidden Settings tab. Leave it hidden, and there is no reason to edit it. Doing so could cause unexpected behavior of the add-on.
