To change your plan, to either upgrade or downgrade the number of emails you respond to each month, follow these steps.
Step 1. Click the settings link for the task you want to change. This will display the properties for that task. To change the plan for that task, click the button shown (labelled Change Plan).
Step 2. You will now be shown a screen that contains information about your current plan and usage as well as other plans that you can change to.
The table at the top of the screen will show your current plan and usage. The last column displays how the average number of days it took for the task to hit the usage cap. This will give you an idea of what to upgrade your plan to. For example, If the average is 15 days then you need to select a plan with 2x usage than your current plan.
Step 3. Once you have chosen the plan, click the upgrade button on the product card. Any refund will then be calculated and discounted from the price of the new plan.
How refunds are calculated. If the task usage cap has been reached when you upgrade then there will be no discount applied to your new plan. If the task usage cap has not been reached, then we will prorate a refund based on the number of days left on that monthly task subscription. For example, if there are 10 days left then we will refund 33.33% (10 days / 30 days) of your current plan price and apply it to the new plan price.
Step 4. You will then be routed back to the settings view and a success message will be displayed in a green box at the top of the screen. Click the 'x' on the box to dismiss it, or just click <- Dashboard to return to the main screen.
