FindOpp – A Website for High School Students
I am grateful for the opportunity to present my project FindOpp at the National Olympiad in Information Technology. This is my first time participating in the Olympiad and I reached the final national round. There, I received an excellent score placing me in the top 10 of the individual ranking in the software application category.
The idea behind the website is to not just collect announcements for competitions, contests and internships in one place, but to provoke companies and universities to create projects for the development and performance of students.
I made flyers, badges and badges for the presentation of the website.
I want thank my IT teacher Mrs. Maria Itova and the upper management of SoftUni BUDITEL for their support.
National competition “Young talents”
42 science projects, developed by 55 students participated in this year's edition of the "Young Talents" competition of the Ministry of Education and Science - an astonishing number and a new record. The winners were awarded by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science Emilia Lazarova at a ceremony at the institution.
I am grateful my programming language has received yet another award!

FISSION challenge
It was my pleasure to present my programming language NLang at the FISSION International Student Science Fair. Each year, FISSION brings together over 150 participants from all around Bulgaria and even the world. That is why FISSION is not only a celebration of science and technology, but also of people and the connections between them.
I am proud that with my programming language I won the top prize in my category - Best Project in Computer Science.
My supervisor, my high school programming teacher Mariyan Yordanov was with me at the competition and shared the happy moments of the awarding.
This recognition for my work makes me even more motivated and I can't wait for the next appearance, which will give me the opportunity to once again introduce NLang.
NLang Award
The challenge of developing a new programming language was recognized with the highest award - a certificate of excellence and a medal.
During the Student Section of the Spring Conferences of the Union of Bulgarian Mathematicians (April 2024), I had the opportunity to participate in the poster session in the most competitive category - Informatics and Communication technology. More than 30 valuable student projects were presented in front of the jury. What's unique about the conference is the fact that it encompasses several different events, gathering teachers, scientists, educators and high school students, allowing vast networking opportunities for participants of different backgrounds.
It was a real pleasure to see so much interest in NLang from the jurors, the participants and their technical supervisors.
I want to thank The High School Students Institute of Mathematics and Informatics (HSSIMI) for the high evaluation and the provided opportunity to participate in Summer Research School in Mathematics and Informatics.
First prize for my Metaverse from High School Students' Institute of BAS
It’s a privilege to present at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. This podium is respectable, and the recognition of my work makes me really proud.
I want to thank my supervisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zlatogor Minchev, Associate Professor at the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and head of the "Information Technologies in Security" section.
I thank the authoritative jury of the Institute of High School Students of BAS for the opportunity to present my work at the scientific session and the high evaluation received!
The project „A simulation approach for increased immersion in the Metaverse” offers a solution for the creation of convincing audio backdrops in real time with spatial sound for a procedurally generated infinite Metaverse. The project was developed in the Unity 3D game engine that provides a 3D editor with tools for prototyping and interactivity.
This is my third participation in a scientific conference. The first was in the Youth Scientific Session of the Union of Physicists in Bulgaria (2021), the second - Student Section of the Spring Conference of the Union of Mathematicians in Bulgaria this spring and at the 10th scientific session of the High School Students' Institute of BAS. I am happy with the honors I was distinguished with at each of them.

Just days after SEPience received a number of awards at a scientific conference, today brought me another sense of accomplishment. I received a certificate for excellent performance in the 25th edition of the "Young Talents" competition of the Ministry of Education and Science.
In addition, I was honored for SEPience with a special award from SIEMENS Bulgaria. I received great gifts from the Chief Financial Officer of Siemens Bulgaria, Milena Momerin.
„At Siemens, we believe in the growth and development of young talent. We know how difficult it is to find your way and how important it is to get the support and guidance you need in the beginning. That's why we strive to be where the young people are," said Ms. Momerin.
I’m glad that my work as a software developer is appreciated by the industry!
My participation in the Student Section
of the Spring Conference of the Union
of Mathematicians in Bulgaria
was a reward from the High School Student Institute of Mathematics and Informatics. I was 'bombarded' with questions from the jury about the project and the experiments. I'm also proud that my project won a scientific software award from K-TRIO.
In fact, teachers from various high schools expressed interest in SEPience and suggested the use of the virtual lab in their schools.
I am grateful for the interest and positive feedback! I also had the pleasure of meeting Prof. Evgenia Sendova, who was elected as
an honorary member of the Union of Mathematicians in Bulgaria.
SoftUni Certificates
Before I started my studies at SoftUni BUDITEL High School of Digital Sciences, I started studying the Professional Program in Software Engineering of SoftUni.
I learned all about data structures, OOP in Java, MySQL, HTML & CSS, the Spring framework and even TypeScript. I studied and completed hundreds of practical exercises and projects in order to pass every exam with an excellent grade.

The big discoveries in physics in the XX century
" Unbelievably, 20th-century physics managed to deny nothingness using quantum mechanics. It managed to describe the particles in the vast nothingness of space. As much as we remove from it, there will always be something remaining—indescribable and in eternal motion. Particles that emerge and disappear.
Unbelievably, but such a non-standard explanation of our Universe and its forces is called the 'Standard model.' Almost as if to hint that the next explanation will really be non-standard for our current understanding.
And the best part is that we have the opportunity not to just sit on the coast and expect the waves of discovery, but to also create them. "
