SIMBA REPRO 2026 is supported by educational grants from Androlabs and Roche. The sponsors had no involvement in developing the programme or educational content of the event.

Attendance grants

We are offering 20 attendance grants of up to £100 each to support participation in SIMBA REPRO 2026, taking place on 11 November 2026 at Edgbaston Park Hotel, Birmingham.

The grants are intended to support participants who register for and attend the event in person. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to those able to attend face-to-face. The maximum amount reimbursed will be £100 per successful applicant, or the actual eligible expenses incurred, including event registration, travel, and accommodation, whichever is lower.

• A copy of your event registration confirmation

Please use the subject line: SIMBA REPRO 2026 – Attendance Grant Application. Successful applicants will receive an email confirmation, together with an expense claim form, approximately one week before the event.

How to claim the grant

1. Following the event: Successful applicants must email us their certificate of attendance, the completed expense claim form provided with their confirmation, and receipts for the expenses being claimed.

2. Payment: Please allow up to six weeks from submission of your completed claim for the grant payment to be processed. There is no need to contact us during this period. If you have not received payment after six weeks, please contact us by email.

Please note

Grant awards are subject to eligibility and availability. Confirmation of an award does not guarantee payment. To receive the grant, recipients must register for and attend the event in person and submit all the required claim documentation.
