Hello, welcome to the project part of my website, this part will show you how I made my dream to set up a 3D print business a reality. At the start of my project I knew I wanted to base it on 3D modelling and printing, I had the idea to make a shop for my 3D prints for a long time but I never really started. I have used my personal project to push me to do it and decided to try and build a website for the shop, from there everything just moved into place. I hope you enjoy looking at what I have done.Â
3D printing is used in many ways including health care, engineering, bread production and even chocolate production. In health care they use it to make casts and to design models of patient's organs. In engineering they use 3D printing to create models of larger structures quickly and to scale. In bread production they use metal 3d printing to create robots who create hundreds of loaves a day in the Netherlands. Chocolatiers make use of chocolate 3D printing to create detailed designs in gourmet chocolate. However I decided to create a more hobbyist style website, selling toys and collectables aimed at kids.
