Lauren Giraldo created this incredible routine that has actually made working out enjoyable. All it takes is spending 30 minutes on the treadmill, with an incline of 12, and a speed of 3 miles per hour (or 4.7 kilometers an hour). I love it because it makes me feel more confident at the gym (and I have always dreaded running). By the end of the workout, my heart is always pumping out of my chest!
10,000 Steps a Day
I'm sure you have heard about reaching 10,000 steps a day, but have you ever wondered why this number? Studies have shown that reaching 10,000 steps can result in improved physical and mental health. The best thing about this workout is you can do it anywhere your heart desires! It can be done at your local park, at the gym, or walking around your city. Reaching this number of steps can be completed alone, with a friend, or while doing errands. As long as you reach this total amount of steps in a day, you have completed the goal!
