Peanut Butter Pasta
If you love peanut butter, and you love pasta, then it is impossible you won't love this Peanut Butter Pasta recipe! It's delicious, it's creamy and it can be customizeable! You can add in your favourite vegetables and/or different variations of protein. My favourite combo is the pasta, alongside chicken, brocolli and cauliflower. Here is the recipe (Serves 4)
Instant Noodles (12 ounces)
Sauce:
Rice Vinegar (2 tablespoons)
Sesame Oil (2 tablespoons)
Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)
Garlic Power (1/2 teaspoon)
Sesame Seeds (to your liking!)
Protein (to your liking!)
Vegetables (to your liking!)
Siera's Salad
I've been making salads for years, but there is one that I cannot get enough of. I call it...cleverly enough... "Siera's Salad"! This salad is full of nutrients, vitamins, and proteins! The best thing about it is that there are so many variations depending on your preferences.
Vegetables: Romaine lettuce, spinach leaves, tomatos, cucumbers, avacados
Toppings: Chopped almonds, avocados, quinoa, pita chips
Protein: Grilled chicken
Dressing options: Balsamic, Italian, or Honey Mustard
