Overnight Oats
These are my new addiction! They are super fast and easy to make, and are a deliciously healthy breakfast. All you need is the motivation to make your breakfast the night before. There are so many different variations you can do with these oats. I will show you how I normally make my base, and you can click here for the various flavours you can do.
The essentials for the base: quick oats, almond or oat milk, and Greek yogourt
The options for the base: mashed banana, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup
Toppings: fresh fruit**, almonds/walnuts**
**Fresh fruit and nuts can be placed the next morning on top as well
Avocado Toast
I love my morning Avocado Toast, especially when I side it with some scrambled eggs. For my avocado spread, I mash avocado, followed by sprinkling some lemon juice along with salt and pepper. It is super simple, but makes for a very nutritious breakfast. Did you know avocados are super great for your immune system?
