Reading
When I was younger, I used to read all the time. Recently, I haven't been as active of a reader as I would like to be. I decided to change that, so I went to the library and took out a couple books. Now, I'm hooked! There are so many benefits to reading, and it is a quick escape from the outside world! If you're worried about screen time, this is a hobby that significantly decreases it.
Spending Time with Friends
There's really nothing like spending time with friends, as long as they are positive influences on your life. Choose your friends wisely; they need to be encouraging, have pure intentions, and support you through thick and thin. Spending time with people who do not reflect your desired lifestyle can do the opposite effect of making you happy. What are fun activities to do with your friends?

Of course.. Everyone Deserves Some Netflix Time!
Don't get me wrong, I'm all about that productive lifestyle! However, sometimes you just need some time curled up in bed with popcorn, binging your favourite Netflix shows. Prioritizing rest is something you should do whenever you have some leisure time. Life can get so busy, which is why taking a step back and allowing yourself to simply enjoy a show or movie is ESSENTIAL. Here are some of my favourite Netflix shows:
