Analytics

In this 2-week module, we will be gathering some data at 63's based on the 63's manager's needs. It will be fun to go around the cafeteria and gathering data on eating and/or seating habits of customers. We will then share our findings with the manager.

Let's start with module 7 under Analytics! :)

After successful completion of this module, you will be able to:

1. Develop the communications skills required to clearly define a client's needs.
2. Develop research questions to collect required data.
3. Develop techniques to collect and record required data in a public, observational setting
4. Analyze the collected data to discover patterns and trends.
5. Present an analysis of the data to the client.
6. Reflect upon the extent to which the data reflects the client's needs.
